Hey readers! Quick update before we get to the good stuff; I haven't been feeling all that good but I still wanted to get this up for you guys! So yeah, feel free to request anything at [email protected]. We will come up with an ask box thing that you can request from if you don't have an email like some people. Let's get started!
So a lot of us are still stuck in Fall. Or maybe you still want to be since it might just be freezing where you live. Instead of having to get a whole new wardrobe for your new winter clothes, here's how you can swap or style your fall clothing to keep you warm and toasty during the cold winter months!
Fall Outfit:
Crop top
Skater skirt
Oversized cardigan
Infinity scarf
Knee high socks
Ankle boots
Winter Swaps:
Instead of the crop top, go for a full length one and just tuck it into your skirt. You can keep the skirt but you might want to purchase a cheaper one. Feel free to keep the scarf and cardigan too, but don't forget to layer your winter coat in there too, if it's cold where you live. Throw some leggings on and still have the comfort of your knee highs, but if you want those too then just toss them on over your leggings. Instead of the ankle boots go for a pair of combat boots and just roll your knee highs over them a little.
Fall Outfit:
Baggy tee shirt
Distressed skinny jeans
Ankle boots
Winter Swaps:
Keep in mind that you want to stay warm and pairing a tee and skinnies aren't going to give you much warmth. Once again, you're able to stick with the tee shirt but toss a flannel over it. Layering is very in style right now so you can even throw a military jacket over your flannel. And if you want, have your winter coat on top of that. The many holes in your skinnies might give access to the frigid wind, so go ahead and have regular skinnies so you don't get too cold. If you want you can put in your knee highs and ankle boots or even combat boots. To keep yourself warm I recommend a pair of Uggs or Ugg look a likes. And if you want to be fashionable and warm, have an infinity scarf to guard your neck so you're nice and toasty.
Fall Outfit:
Tee shirt
Skinnies
Converse
Winter Swaps:
I'm a total sucker for converse, so feel free to keep those on. You can purchase a pair nearly anywhere that sells shoes. I recommend white or black ones that don't clash colors with anything else you have in your closet but if you want a different color it's completely up to you. Swap the tee for a warm cable knit sweaters, those are so popular now and they're so comfortable. Keep your skinnies on and throw a flannel over your sweater. Add your winter coat and you're ready to go.
That's all for now! Thanks for reading guys, see you next time. *insert cute emoji bc why not*
